Guest Access

As our guest, you will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. You are also welcome to enjoy the building's excellent shared amenities, including a sparkling swimming pool and a fully equipped gym. One private, covered parking space is included for your convenience.

The building features 24-hour security, an elevator, and self check-in for a seamless arrival.

Cleaning Fees is applicable.

Security Deposit of AED 2000/- (refundable at checkout).

Above rates are excluding of 5% VAT.

Tourism Dirham Fee: AED 10 per night (for the first 30 nights only).

Late Check-in: Check-ins after 6:00 PM and before 9:00 AM the next morning will incur an additional charge of AED 150.

Optional Add-ons: An extra bed or a baby cot can be provided upon request for an additional cost of AED 300.

House Rules

To ensure a smooth check-in and comply with local regulations, we kindly request passport or ID copies for all guests at least 24 hours before arrival. This is mandatory for guest registration with the building management and the Department of Economy and Tourism, Dubai (DET).
