Other things to note.
Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date.
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM.
The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.
Please return all access cards/keys in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of AED500.00

Please refrain from smoking inside the Villa! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

Security Deposit – 10% of the Rental Contract or AED 15,000 whichever is higher.
* The Published rental prices are subject to 5% VAT.
* Tourism tax of AED 1800/-
* Check Out cleaning fees of AED 1200/-.
* We kindly request passport or ID copies for all guests at least 24 hours before arrival. This is mandatory for guest registration with the building management, ensuring a smooth check-in process, and for compliance with the requirements of the Department of Economy and Tourism, Dubai (DET).
